This is the full interview with Charlie Kirk where he unquestioningly buys all of the fascist bullshit Charlie Kirk was selling about trans people without any push back. From what I saw of it, Newsom seemed to find fascism intuitively compelling. Fascism must appeal to someone like Newsom since he only seems to care about himself:

Newsom has been going after homeless people for awhile. This is the most recent development. After the Charlie Kirk interview, I have serious doubts about his intention to help homeless people. I wouldn’t be surprised if they end up having to fight fires like California prisoners:
