Well I’m guessing then that we don’t have that licensing.

*update - I finally got a chance to try calling out while on a teams call, I can dial but there’s no call button and nothing happens when I hit enter. Confirmed, we do not have the call out feature…at least at my level and below don’t have it, can’t speak for management.
