I wish they’d put some effort into actually improving their user experience.

Like for example the fact that artists can send messages out to all their subscribers but messages are only viewable from within the app, there is no way to access the message system on a browser. Why!? This has been a bugbear of mine amongst other stuff for going on 10 years now.
