Ultimately the hogs are hogs. They wanna do violence and they wanna get overpaid for it. If they’re told to arrest “some politician” (average cop has no idea who runs Israel, let’s be real) they’ll do it. The only reason they wouldn’t is if the upper brass or their cop unions are pushing down saying do not do it. I’m not gonna pretend to know how to soothe the hogs. That’s up to Zohran to figure out I guess. You can always pay them off, but they’re already overpaid and don’t do shit. And if they do bother doing shit it’s never anything good. He’s promised to not “defund” them or reduce their numbers, so that has me already not very hopeful, unfortunately. That could also just be him trying to not get “accidentally” shot in the head by some roided up hog
I mean, I kind of understand. NYC is twice as big as Israel, with 10 times the gdp. He can’t do without some sort of military presence. Hogs especially nypd would make terrible soldiers but they can serve a purpose in the new people’s republic of manhattan
