Alcohol when you ass together the health negatives and social negatives is easily.thr worst drug out there and while thars partially due to inverse stigma and ease of access its still just as if not worse for you physically than most ‘hard’ drugs. If opiate addicts could get a reliable dhespmamd clean fix you wouldn’t even notice most of them from a sober person. Theyre usually just trying to not be sick. Upper guys are a bit of a different story but tsking booze out of their equation would really soften that blow.
