Yeah, it’s going to be a justification for mass austerity, and the money will not be spent productively without fundamental restructuring of western economies. There have been countless examples of what actually happens when you just throw money at the problem over the past three years. A famous example was when EU created a slush fund to procure 1.5 million shells, the price of shells immediately surged from €2,000 to €8,000.
