Probably because he’s not a “trad” guy at all? He’s never really said anything about preserving conservative values, hell AFAIK he’s never even said anything against queer people. Fascists around him probably have put some other generically regressive ideas in his head, and I have no doubt he’s a misogynist (see the SA allegations against him). But he’s not exactly the bog standard “trad” fash, not even some of the variations of that ideology that are more common among Black people.

I wouldn’t be surprised if Kanye sees himself as an Ubermensch and worships himself to a degree (especially during his manic episodes) and sees no contradiction or sees no issue with contradictions. If he’s operating off the axiom “I am superior”, that implies “my opinions are superior”, which in turn justifies any discrepancy with fascist orthodoxy.
