Trump would be a die-hard revolutionary Maoist shouting “crakkker” nonstop and shooting landlords on 5th. Avenue if he thought it would make him more money than pandering to reactionaries. That’s partly why he’s drawn to fascism. He has no coherent ideology. Since fascism is vibes about how to gain and maintain power, it’s where Trump inevitably ends up.
