Right?! My favourite. Pancakes, crêpes, whatever, don’t hold a candle to waffles for me :)

• 500g flour (use whichever, I typically use spelt flour)
• 2 tbsp baking powder
• 125g vegan butter (usually use margarine)
• 125g sugar (usually use raw cane sugar)
• 250ml vegan milk (usually use oat milk)
• 175ml sparkling water

mix the butter and the sugar, add the dry ingredients, then the wet ingredients, then knead the ingredients together until you have a nice dough. you could also add some vanilla sugar, matcha powder for flavour/colour, or gingerbread spice for a christmas-y vibe.

Being vegan, I’d probably add chickpea flour instead of the eggs, then. Do have protein powder too, but I’m not sure how well it’d dissolve in the dough, though?

Possible! Not sure how nutritious they’d be since they’re quite sugary and sweet, but if you substitute some ingredients, why not
