Pretty much, why let the public sector do something when you can funnel government contracts to private industry for kickbacks?

It’d be funnier exccept that the answer is “maybe he does.” He’s got enough money to have the entire hospital follow him around if he wanted so a crooked doc juicing him up is probably exactly what was happening. Remember the reports about all the stuff being dispensed during Rumps first term?
Michael Jackson had a personal doctor anesthetize him nightly so he could sleep, now that we’re talking about it I’d be willing to bet that these guys are doing. Just paying some shady doctor to travel around with them dispensing whatever they want. It’s not illegal if you have a doctor say you need it!
I agree he never had a shot but he definitely had some influence.
But that influence was just money, and there are other influential people out there who don’t want to be in front of the camera 24/7, so he has to go. Rest assured he’ll be toiling behind the scenes for the same ruling class goals as all the others though.
We had a coach in middle school who made it very clear to us on the first day that’d we’d be “dressing out” every day and we’d be expected to shower because you stink after you play sports. For the first month or so he stood outside the locker room and made sure your hair was wet, he didn’t inspect any penises, or even come into the locker room that I’m aware of, but he made sure a gym full of 11yr old boys knew they were supposed to wash themselves after physical activity.
It was a few decades ago, and he was the same gym coach that taught “health/sex education” so I get it. It was pretty uncomfortable and awkward but some people need to be told to wash themselves. I still smell grown people out in public who clearly never had a coach explain stank to them.
RIP. Coach J you were alright even to the nerds
Not sure if it was intentional but you just summarized the show Severance.
He could direct his company to stop targeting kids with addictive gambling mechanics and looking the other way regarding grey-market resellers.
I used to do data recovery and working on macbooks was a dream compared to every other plastic-and-clips cheapo laptop.
The soldered on memory is stupid but overall the build quality on them is very apparent and only comparable to very high end PC-laptops.
There are a couple places here with “breakfast” pizzas that have cheese sauce (or sausage gravy), scrambled eggs, and bacon.
I’m sure it’s an abomination to hardcore pizza aficionados but holy shit it’s a tasty slice.
I’d even be willing to let someone have their lake/hunting cabin/whatever and not tax too much but people are greedy and we’re far past that point. Once you start accumulating 5-10 homes, taking them off the market for other buyers, the taxes should increase exponentially.
So the joke was the food is even worse/unhealthier than a burger?
The strangest part of the “turning the frogs gay” meme is it’s actually a thing he just said it in the stupidest way possible.
Texts are sent in plain-text and I wouldn’t recommend discussing anything you’d like to keep private via text.
That’s what his riches are all about, it’s all just trying to make people like him. He’s the unlikable rich kid who tries to buy friends.
But it’s not gonna work, all the money in the world won’t make people genuinely like you. Only humility and therapy would do that and those aren’t going to happen.
Remember how big American Idol was? How many careers it launched? How many spin offs it spawned?
Americans would eat that shit up if we were involved.
Night Court was good for its time but that’s been decades ago, I’m not sure how it’s held up.
I feel like he peaked too early and shot himself in the foot. The true successor is a (relatively) unknown.
But I’m no Nostradamus and it wouldn’t even be the first time I was wrong today.
* Unless “They” can groom a suitable successor in time. I hear Baron is lurking in the shadows with an interest in politics.
Wetness is a perception not an objective state. What “wet” even is, is up for debate.
Anyone is free to spin up an instance, go nuts.
