They believe The Market will choose its most ruthless adherents for salvation on private islands and in bunkers while the world burns. Perhaps most strangely, they believe their faith in The Market will protect them from being immediately killed and perhaps eaten by the servant caste they intend to surround themselves with in the post-apocalypse dystopia.
