      I mean, there’s a different word for that. Maybe they’re just using vegan so they don’t sound like a nerd to their moron friends? Or they are one of the moron friends that doesn’t know the word.

        I’d say pescatarian, but that includes milk and eggs. Apparently pesco-vegetarian is an apt name for omitting animal products while eating only fish for meat, but I’ve never seen or heard anyone use it.
