Honestly that would be an improvement. Would probably keep rich fucks under control if they knew they actually had a potential of seeing consequences.

At least when Harvey defers all of his decisions to a President (the one on his coin), he’s transparent about it. And half of the time he actually DOESN’T make the evil decision, so that is an improvement too.
